Shipping and order processing
Please allow 2 to 3 business days (not including holiday and weekends) to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days with your Tracking Number. Most all orders will process and ship within 2-3 business days, however, to manage expectations we do not guarantee delivery sooner than 3-7 business days.
For International orders, please allow up to 15-20 business days for your order to arrive after the tracking number is emailed to you. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WE DO NOT COVER CUSTOMS FEES AND THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SHIPPING COSTS.
WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON holidays, SATURDAY, or SUNDAY.
If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
Refund policy
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Returned Items will be exchanged for store credit to be used for future purchases, minus the shipping costs for the return. Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order. Returns must be authorized within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please initiate any exchanges before mailing anything back.
Once the exchanged item is received, you will be issued your exchange credit towards another purchase.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at operations@alphagenshops.com with your order number and a photo of the package and the item/items that are damaged or defective. In the event you have any issues with an item, or would like to exchange an item contact us, PRIOR TO WEARING/ALTERING ANY ITEMS, WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING DELIVERY. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
ITEMS WITH TAGS AND/OR LABELS REMOVED WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. We suggest that you try items on before removing any label.
If you have received an incorrect item or a damaged item, you will have to notify us via email within 5 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return shipping label. The item must be shipped back within 7 days, or the return will become invalid. If you are unable to send the item back, you will need to notify us within the 7-day period following the return label being sent to you.
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed, so long as requests are processed before the order has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we can, however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect.
