Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

Store Credit & Returns

  • Returns will be issued as store credit, minus return shipping costs.

  • Store credit is delivered via a code to your email address used at checkout.

  • Returns must be authorized before sending the item back.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to begin the return process.

Once we receive your return, we will process your store credit to be used toward a future purchase.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery:

📸 Include your order number, a photo of the packaging, and the damaged or incorrect item(s).

  • We’ll issue a return shipping label for approved claims.

  • The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the label.

  • If you cannot return the item within that window, please let us know immediately.

Important: If any tags or labels have been removed, the item is not eligible for return or exchange. Please try items on before removing tags.


Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate the process before mailing anything back.

  • All exchanges must follow the same 7-day window after delivery.

  • Once we receive the item, we’ll issue store credit for your next purchase.


Order Cancellations & Changes

You may request order changes or cancellations only if the order has not yet shipped.

We can also correct:

  • Shipping addresses

  • Email addresses

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited.
