Refund & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Store Credit & Returns

Returns will be issued as store credit, minus return shipping costs.

Store credit is delivered via a code to your email address used at checkout.

Returns must be authorized before sending the item back.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to begin the return process.
Once we receive your return, we will process your store credit to be used toward a future purchase.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery:

📸 Include your order number, a photo of the packaging, and the damaged or incorrect item(s).

We’ll issue a return shipping label for approved claims.

The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the label.

If you cannot return the item within that window, please let us know immediately.
Important: If any tags or labels have been removed, the item is not eligible for return or exchange. Please try items on before removing tags.
Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate the process before mailing anything back.

All exchanges must follow the same 7-day window after delivery.

Once we receive the item, we’ll issue store credit for your next purchase.
Order Cancellations & Changes
You may request order changes or cancellations only if the order has not yet shipped.
