Return & Exchange Policy

We want every Alpha Gen piece to feel like a win. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
🕒 Return Window
•     Returns are accepted within 7 business calendar days of delivery.
•     Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
💳 Store Credit
•     Approved returns will be issued as store credit, minus return shipping costs.
•     Store credit will be emailed as a unique code to the address associated with your order.
•     Please initiate your return request before mailing anything back.
🔄 Exchanges
•     Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue your store credit so you can select a new item.
•     All exchanges must be authorized within 7 business days of delivery.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
•     Email us at operations@alphagenshops.com within 5 days of delivery.
•     Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
•     We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving the label.
⚠️ Important Notes
•     Do not wear, wash, or alter items before contacting us.
•     Items with removed tags or labels are not eligible for exchange. We recommend trying items on before removing any labels.
•     If you're missing an item, please send a photo of what you received so we can resolve it quickly.
